T S Harihar, senior VP at ICICI Securities, says a lot of traders betting long on ONGC are exiting the stock and are sitting on the sidelines. He adds that it would make sense in investing in ONGC only after the clarity from the government emerges. Phani Sekhar, fund manager at Angel Broking, is positive on tech pack given the depreciating rupee.
