"Deputy Speaker Cannot Decide To Disqualify MLA's": Vinod Agrawal, Independent Maharashtra MLA
Vinod Agrawal, Independent Maharashtra MLA says the Shiv Sena and the BJP got the mandate in 2019, so they should form an alliance. He says that for the last one and a half years, the Maharashtra Chief Minister didn't meet the MLAs. The Deputy Speaker cannot decide to disqualify the MLAs, and the court will rule in Eknath Shinde's favour if the matter goes to court, Mr Agrawal says.
