Migrant workers have now begun to travel to their home states on trucks, tankers and three-wheelers. They are also moving aboard small commercial vehicles. Trucks are often overloaded with people. The owners of these vehicles are charging exorbitant fares from these poor workers. A large number of migrants had bought bicycles; the truckers are charging extra for them.
