Devyani Khobragade arrest row: India accuses US of immigration fraud
In a sensational charge, India has accused US authorities of conspiracy and immigration fraud by allowing the family of Sangeeta Richard, the domestic help of Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade, to move to America.
