Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his first speech of his second term gave us lots of political headlines including the mention of the Emergency. Among the issues not spoken about was the mob killing of a man in Jharkhand and the Bihar encephalitis deaths but there is one interesting and important aspect of his speech which got drowned in the cacophony called politics - his economic blueprint. He spoke of corporates in agriculture, scaling up skill development, a strong stress on building infrastructure and coining a new phrase jai jawaan, kisan, vigyan and anusandhaan (research and development). Tonight on the show, we ask, "Is this a sneak peek into this government's Budget?"
