India firmly rejected Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's allegations at a deposition linking Indian agents to the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Sikh separatist, in Canada. The Ministry of External Affairs labelled Mr Trudeau's statements as lacking evidence, accusing him of damaging bilateral ties for political gain. India maintains that Canada has not provided concrete proof to back its serious claims, thus escalating the diplomatic tension. Did Trudeau jump the gun with their allegations?
