'Did you read AAP manifesto?' Ashutosh asks Captain Gopinath
After Captain CR Gopinath, a new convert to the Aam Aadmi Party, once again cautioned its leaders against going in for knee-jerk reactions, as they had done in Delhi by withdrawing permission to super-market chains to launch their operations, one of the party's newest member, Ashutosh, asks him whether he had read the party's manifesto before joining AAP.
