Didi's Diktats: India speaks out
In Bengal, a Jadavpur University professor was arrested for emailing a cartoon of Mamata Banerjee. Another scientist was arrested for protesting against eviction of slum dwellers, and now Ms Banerjee seems to have taken offence to some of her pictures posted on Facebook. The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the state has written to the social networking site, asking it to remove four pictures lampooning Ms Banerjee. India reacts to these diktats of Didi.
