'Didn't Make Allegations Against Government': Siddaramaiah's Adviser To NDTV

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's economic adviser Basavaraj Rayareddy while participating in an interaction programme in Koppal organised by the Regional Imbalance Redressal Committee said "no matter who is in power, rampant corruption will take place and Karnataka state is No 1 in terms of corruption." Mr Rayareddy told NDTV his comments were made at an officer's meeting. "I am not making allegations against the government. I was talking to officials. I mean are we not supposed to talk at meetings with officers now?"
