Difficult to give water to Tamil Nadu: Yeddyurappa
Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa tells NDTV that there is much less water in the state's reservoirs when compared to last year - and that it would be difficult to give water to Tamil Nadu when the state is facing a shortage itself.
