"Digital Protection Act A Landmark Legislation": Ex BJP Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar
In an exclusive interview to Vishnu Som, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, senior BJP leader and former union minister, reacted to the release of the draft rules of the digital personal data protection act. He called the act a landmark legislation as it codified the Supreme Court finding that privacy is a fundamental right. He also spoke about the attack that PM Modi made on AAP in a rally he held today, saying that AAP and its ally in the Centre, Congress, come to power on the back of false promises whether it be in Delhi in the case of AAP or Karnataka and Himachal in the case of Congress.
