Dip In Manipur Violence, But Rival Camps Operate From Bunkers
After over two months of endless violence in Manipur, buffer zones, and operation to recover illegal weapons, provide some respite but the opposing camps continue to operate out of bunkers, worried about a surprise attack that can catch them unawares. Over 140 people have been killed, and over 50 thousand people remain displaced in the state. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury sent us this ground report.
