Divided Muslim vote in Poonch
Jammu and Kashmir is all set to vote in the first phase of polls on November 17. In Poonch, religious leaders may be getting together to consolidate the Muslim vote, but the community itself is divided into Gujjars and Paharis. People's Democratic Party chief, Mehbooba Mufti knows Muslims are in a majority in the districts of Rajouri and Poonch.
