DLF, Prudential launch asset management co
Indian realty giant DLF will enter the mutual fund market through a joint venture (JV) with the US-based Prudential Financial Inc.DLF will hold 39 per cent while Prudential will own 61 per cent in this venture. DLF also hopes to use this JV to list a Real Estate Mutual Fund when regulations permit it.
