DLF-PVR deal stuck over valuation

PVR owners of one of India's leading cinema multiplexes may have hit a roadblock in its negotiations to acquire control of DT Cinemas from its promoter DLF. NDTV learnt from the sources that the PVR-DT Cinemas deal is stuck over valuation issues.
