Does Promise Of Jobs Resonate With Bihar Voters?

There is anger among a large section of Bihar's young population over the lack of jobs and development after the coronavirus lockdown. Alok Pandey spoke with a group of young people at a tea stall in Rohtas which is voting in the first phase of the assembly election. Dev Kumar Pathak used to work as a hotel supervisor in Sasaram before he lost his job in the lockdown. He now runs the tea stall. "Politicians talk big, but don't deliver," he said.
