Planning Commission deputy chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia, says the US credit downgrade is only by one agency and it shouldn't be viewed as something unexpected as fiscal problems in the US have been going for a while. He adds it is more like a wakeup call and it doesn’t change anything big in the global situation.
