Don't Regret Initiative, Political Dialogue With Hurriyat Necessary: Owaisi
Member of the all-party delegation lawmaker Asaduddin Owaisi today reached out to Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq for talks. Mirwaiz met Owaisi for just two minutes and declined a dialogue on Kashmir. Speaking to NDTV after the meeting, Owaisi said that Mirwaiz was "very upset about the whole situation" adding, "For lasting peace in Kashmir, political dialogue has to start".
