US President Donald Trump falsely declared victory over Democratic rival Joe Biden early Wednesday with millions of votes still uncounted in a tight race for the White House. Shortly after Biden said he was confident of his win and warned that the counting "could take a while", Trump appeared at the White House to claim victory and said he would go to the Supreme Court. Former diplomat KC Singh said since the rules of election are decided by the states as the United States doesn't have an election commission, Donald Trump can't approach the Supreme Court directly.
