DoT nod for mobile virtual network operators
The concept of MVNOs or mobile virtual network operators has been gaining momentum as innovation in technology now provides companies hitch-hike on airwaves like Virgin Mobile do. MVNOs use equipment and airwaves of an existing operator for a fee and provide services under their own brand. Till now, this was not allowed in India but it may soon be a reality.
