Dr Amit to be produced in Nepal court

The Nepal police say that they won't extradite Dr Amit Kumar until they complete their investigation. He will also be produced in a Nepal court on Sunday. But there is no case related to the kidney racket against him in Nepal. Though Dr Kumar will face charges of foreign exchange violation as he was caught with large amounts of foreign currency on him.
