Dr Lawrence Summers on World Economy and Climate Change
Eminent economist Dr Lawrence Summers, who participated in a session at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, spoke about world economy, slower growth period and major challenges India need to overcome to accelerate the development process. Talking about the climate change, Dr Summers said that growth of emissions had been from industrial countries and not India. The climate had got warmer and it was not because of India.
