Dreaming of a lost Christmas

Carol singing, loads of goodies and dressing up the X'Mas tree used to be the essence of Christmas. But a lot of that is just nostalgia now, probably taking away from some of that good old x'mas cheer. A song of the season, a Christmas carol, spreading goodwill and cheer. But carol singers like Samanatha Edwards, now a professional Jazz singer, says it is a tradition that is no longer in vogue. So, empty streets, no door-to-door carolling, a custom that really whipped up the festive mood.
