DU to give scholarships to girls
The girl child in Delhi gets a raw deal often despite the sort of family she's born into. Finally, Delhi University has made a much-needed attempt to help out young women students who want a college education, but can't afford one. Ripa is a year away from completing her Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, a subject she hopes to teach someday but her family can't afford her higher education.
