Durex launches chatbot to answer sex queries
A unique innovative by Reckitt Benckiser, the consumer goods maker has launched a chatbot for its condom brand, DUREX. Infact, it's not a one or two day campaign but a platform where people of both genders can get their sex related queries answered. But the question is, can a chatbot help in brand building or is it merely a marketing gimmick?
