ECB lends euro 489 bn to banks, Moody's to downgrade UK credit
The number of Americans who bought previously occupied homes rose 4% in November, below estimates. Meawhile, the ECB lends Euro 489 billion to 523 banks in the first of its three year lending plans, far higher than expected. Also, ratings agency Moodys' has warned the UK that its credit score could be cut, even as public sector borrowings in November fall
