El Nino may worsen in latter half of monsoon: L.S. Rathore
L.S. Rathore, director general, meteorology, India Meteorological Department, says the El Nino is only one of the several factors influencing the health of monsoon in the country. He says El Nino is likely to double in the latter half of the monsoon period.
