Election Commissioner Finds Governor Guilty: Should Kalyan Singh Be Removed?

Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh is in trouble, with the President asking the government to take "necessary action" after he was on camera campaigning for Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of the national election.
