Election results: Uttarakhand's day of reckoning
Counting will take place today for 70 seats in Uttrakhand. Incumbent Chief Minister BC Khanduri, who led the BJP into political battle, admits that he had to work under pressure and would have done more if he had been put in charge earlier. Mr Khanduri also attacks the Centre for delaying postal ballots, which could tilt the balance.
