"Election Speech": Shashi Tharoor On President's Address To Parliament

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor questioned President Droupadi Murmu's speech and alleged that BJP was conducting an election campaign through the President. "The President does not contest elections but it looks like the BJP government is conducting its next election campaign through her. The entire speech was an election speech trying to praise the government for everything it has done and skipping over the bits it has not done so well," he said.
