A kid normally takes textbooks and notebooks to school. But the 2000 students of ND Rashtriya Vidhyalaya also carry hand fans as the co-ed school has tried but failed to get an electric connection. But oblivious to its plight, the education department, in July, sent across 10 computers worth Rs 3 lakh that are simply gathering dust.
