Close on the heels of Wockhardt Hospitals, Emaar MGF Land Limited too has withdrawn and postponed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to an appropriate time. The decision comes on the back of prevailing adverse market sentiments, fuelled by renewed indications of a US recession and global meltdown.
"Negative sentiment for IPO market is a major cause for this withdrawal. We may consider listing after three-six months once mkts stabilise," said Sharavan Gupta, VC, Emaar MGF.
