Encouraging Green Building In India
As India moves towards housing for all by 2022, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) is planning to make this move as green as possible. To support India's green building initiative, IFC will invest over $1 billion by 2022 to build green homes with a special focus on affordability and sustainability. This initiative will be taken forward by the sustainable housing leadership consortium (SHLC) of five leading developers of India.
