Encouraging Women Entrepreneurs

Often women feel that they have to be of a certain kind to do well in the field of Business and Entrepreneurship', says actor Sonam Kapoor, adding that there are very capable women who have been nominated in this category. They are trying to create a woman's world as opposed to trying to enter a man's world, Kapoor says. Jury member Saurabh Srivastava, Co-Founder, Indian Angel Network and NASSCOM and Padma Shri Awardee, adds to that by saying that women have it much harder in this field. For instance, venture capitalists love men who are ambitious and aggressive, but react different to such driven women.
