End of teaser rates is not bad for you: Monika Halan
Monika Halan, editor of Mint Money, says the teaser rates were not harmful but not helpful either for consumers. She says thinking that teaser rates going away is a bad thing is not appropriate as two-third of all home lons are construction linked.
