Several areas in Bengaluru, India's IT hub, are flooded after heavy rain. "For the past four years, we have been receiving heavy rainfall, which has led to many challenges. We are trying to address the concern and now the entire situation is under control," Karnataka Minister CN Ashwath Narayan said.
