Mumbai was brought to a virtual standstill as after heavy rain pounded the city, but many braved waist-deep water to deliver essential services. These include milk vendor who continued to deliver sachets of milks even as low-lying areas in Mumbai, such as Sion remains waterlogged, blocking access to traffic.
