It's close to four months now that life remains disrupted by the ethnic violence in Manipur. One of the many services majorly hit is postal services in the state, resulting in locals not receiving their parcels on time. The post offices are unable to dispatch parcels on time due to the lack of internet in their offices. Even the passport seva kendra could not function for months in Imphal. Slowly some normalcy is returning. Ratnadip Choudhury reports.
