'Even Small Loans Will Help Farmers A Lot,' Says Vijay Mahajan From Basix
Vijay Mahajan, Founder, Basix joined the #RangDeIndia telethon where he explained how the rural credit in India has always been in deficiency. He highlighted that even today, less than 50 per cent of our farmers get institutional credit which is also not enough. This year, the situation is even worse owing to the COVID-19 pandemic and small loans will help them a lot, he said.
