Every Cloth Has A Value: Dr Bhushan Punani, Blind People's Association
Dr Bhushan Punani, General Secretary, Blind People's Association believes that every cloth has a value. He says, "It may not be used as it is. It may require changing its form. There maybe refitting of the clothes. But, every cloth of any quality has a value for somebody else."
