Every Day Should Be International Yoga Day, Says Avid Practitioner

Sujata Singh of Taj City Centre Gurugram, who is an avid yoga practitioner, says everyday should be International Yoga Day. She has been doing yoga for 18 years. Yoga helps in keeping oneself energetic for the whole day, says Ms Singh, as she demonstrates some yoga postures. Channelising blood flow across critical parts of the body is an important function of yoga, she says. On International Yoga Day, Ms Singh shows some of her yoga moves.
