Ex-Team Modi Insider On Why This Budget Can't Be A Dream Budget
On a day when major reforms in Foreign Direct Investment were cleared by the cabinet and the World Bank has forecast that India's GDP will grow at 7.3% in 2018-19, ex-Niti Aayog Chairman Arvind Panagariya tells NDTV that India is on an upward trend and he expects the economy to better. He also says that people need to tone down their expectations from the upcoming budget.
