Exclusive: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari On India's Clean Energy Push
India announced yesterday the launch of a global biofuel alliance at a G20 summit in New Delhi to boost the use of cleaner fuels. Speaking to NDTV, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari called it a historical event. "This will reduce pollution in the world. It will be helpful for agricultural and rural economy, creating more employment. At the same time, this will reduce imports," Mr Gadkari said.
