Five exit polls have predicted a hung house in Karnataka. A majority of them have given a slight edge to the Congress. The predictions also indicate that HD Kumaraswamy's Janata Dal (Secular), or JD(S), is likely to play kingmaker. The majority mark in the 224-seat assembly is 113 seats. Former Congress MP Rajeev Gowda said the people of Karnataka are angry with the BJP and wanted a change. "At least 57 per cent people in Karnataka are upset with the BJP," Mr Gowda said. "People are not going to switch just because the Prime Minister and the Home Minister came and held road shows," he said. Votes will be counted on Saturday.
