Tushar Bansal, head- oil, East of Suez, FGE, talks to NDTV post the OPEC meet where no agreement could be reached for ceiling the output of crude oil. He expects some softness in the near term but by the end of 2016 expects crude oil prices to hit $60 per barrel.
