Expect retail interest in equities to improve: experts
Domestic mutual funds continued to be net sellers in the Indian market in 2012. However, Navneet Munot of SBI Mutual Fund and Sandesh Kirkire of Kotak AMC agree that retail investor interest in the equity markets and equity-linked schemes may revive in 2013. They add that efforts being made to push distribution of equity products may also help the industry next year.
