It's day 10 of rescue operations at Silkyara Tunnel in Uttarkashi. Today came with a little relief for the family members of the 41 stranded workers who have been trapped inside the tunnel since November 12. Families were able to establish contact with the workers. The government is banking on vertical drilling from the hilltop. As the rescue efforts continue, the bigger concern remains that of resilience amid challenges.
