An avalanche struck Mana village near Badrinath Dham in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district on Friday, affecting a Border Roads Organisation camp and trapping 55 workers. After an extensive rescue operation, 50 workers have been retrieved, but four of them have died, while the search for the remaining five continues. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami assured that rescue efforts are ongoing despite adverse weather conditions.
