The viral video claiming to show former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accepting there are water, sewer, and road development issues in the entire Delhi has been cropped from a longer video. The original video shows Kejriwal speaking about the development issues in the Vishwas Nagar constituency.
