It's BJP's manifesto, not a Modi-festo: MM Joshi to NDTV
In an exclusive interview, chairman of the BJP's manifesto drafting committee Murli Manohar Joshi rejects Rahul Gandhi’s charge of aping Congress manifesto. He tells NDTV that it is the Congress which has copied BJP's ideas and that nakal needs akal, something that Congress doesn’t have. He also says BJP's manifesto is not a Modi-festo, though as PM candidate Narendra Modi has given inputs for it. Mr Joshi also speaks on the RSS influence over the manifesto, his perceived differences with Mr Modi and whether 2014 is the most polarised campaign ever.
